Project Goals and Approach

The objectives of OPTIA are both clear and ambitious with a focus on improving production efficiency increasing productivity levels implementing packaging solutions and reducing moving stocks. The successful implementation of this project requires an effort between SEEI Technology and Bioeuro with each partner assigned roles.

SEEI Technology takes the lead as the applicant for tasks such as technical data analysis implementing efficient analysis methodologies providing user training sessions and handling post-implementation processes. Meanwhile, Bioeuro serves as the second applicant tasked with conducting functional analysis exercises performing market research activities identifying strengths through comparative analysis approaches as formulating an effective marketing plan, for disseminating the project results.
